How much text can I program into the Electronic License Plate?

You can program up to 5 messages, and 150 characters per message.  So a total of 1250 characters (text, numbers, and symbols).

Is the Electronic License Plate street legal?

Please be advised that your intended use of this product may be a violation of the laws, statutes or governmental regulations in the jurisdiction in which you live or operate your motor vehicle.    It is neither the manufacturer (s) or the seller(s) responsibility to confirm whether this product complies with such laws, statutes or regulations. You are fully responsible for confirming the legality of the use of this product in any area in which your motor vehicle is operated and you hereby release, indemnify and save harmless the seller of this product and the manufacturer of this product from and against any and all liabilities which may be incurred by you or any other person which utilizes this particular product on or in relation to his/her motor vehicle.

Does the Electronic License Plate scroll continuously?

Yes, the LED light scrolls continuously.  You can either connect the Electronic License Plate to your break light or main power source and have it activate when stepping on the break, or have it run all the time.

Does the Electronic License Plate come with a warranty?

ElectronicLicensePlate.com warrants to the original consumer purchaser of this product that the product will be free from defects in materials or workmanship for 90 days from the date of original purchase. This warranty does not cover damages resulting from accidents, negligence, improper service or use or other causes not arising out of defects in materials or workmanship.

During this 90 day warrant period the product will either be repaired or replaced (at ElectronicLicensePlate.com's option) without charge to the purchaser when returned with proof of the date of purchase to either the dealer or to ElectronicLicensePlate.com. Product returned to ElectronicLicensePlate.com with out proof of the date of purchase or after the 90 day warrant period has expired, but prior to the one year from the original date of purchase will be repaired or replaced (at GElectronicLicensePlate.com's option) for a service fee of US $29.00 payable to ElectronicLicensePlate.com Payments must be by check or money order payable to ElectronicLicensePlate.com.

The foregoing states the purchaser’s sole and exclusive remedy for any breach of warranty with respect to the product.

ANY IMPLIED WARRANTIES APPLICABLE TO THIS PRODUCT, INCLUDING WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY AND FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, ARE LIMITED TO THE NINETY (90) DAY PERIOD DESCRIBED ABOVE.
